These terms govern use of wearevyro.com, operated by Vyro Companies LLC (Vyro). Contact info@wearevyro.com with questions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Website information and engagements
Website content describes our services and provides general information. An inquiry, introductory call, or form submission does not establish representation, an advisory engagement, or a partnership. Scope, fees, commissions, approvals, responsibilities, and deliverables are set out in a separate written agreement. Specific signed agreements control where they conflict with these website terms.
Results and opportunities
Campaign results and examples describe particular work and reporting periods; they do not guarantee future revenue, sponsorships, reach, engagement, or other outcomes. Dashboard metrics depend on the underlying source and may be updated or corrected. Availability of talent, partners, and opportunities must be confirmed.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information and protect your account credentials. Do not impersonate others, submit unlawful content, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access. Notify us if you believe your account has been misused. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
Content and intellectual property
Site content, design, and branding belong to Vyro or their respective owners and licensors. You may view and share links for lawful purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant owner’s permission unless permitted by law. Client names and logos do not give visitors rights to use those brands or imply endorsement beyond the context shown.
Information you submit
Only submit information you are authorized to provide. You permit us to use submitted material as needed to respond to your request or provide an agreed service. A general inquiry does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property or grant permission to publish your submission. Do not submit confidential material before agreeing appropriate handling with us.
Bookings, purchases, and events
Specific pricing, availability, cancellation, refund, participation, and other conditions are provided with the relevant booking, checkout, or registration. Review those conditions before paying or registering. Youth participation requires the guardian authorizations stated for the event. These website terms do not replace event waivers or transaction-specific policies.
Third-party services
The site links to and embeds services operated by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We do not control their content, availability, or practices.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep information useful and the site available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is complete or current. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the applicable engagement or transaction agreement.
