VYRO / Information
Privacy Policy
Effective October 19, 2026.
Who this covers
This policy describes how Vyro Companies LLC (Vyro, we, us) handles personal information through wearevyro.com and related inquiries, accounts, registrations, and transactions. Questions or privacy requests: info@wearevyro.com. Separately operated third-party services have their own policies.
Information you provide
We receive information you enter in inquiry forms, including your name, email, company or role, interests, and message. Account, booking, event, or purchase features may also request contact, registration, order, and transaction information. Event registration may include a participant’s name, age, guardian details, emergency contact, and authorizations as described on the registration form. Please do not send sensitive information through general inquiry forms.
Information from use of the site
Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, device and browser details, request logs, and pages used to operate and secure the website. The site uses browser storage for account sessions. A visitor-arrival feature sends a page label to our team and uses a short-lived cookie to limit repeat notifications; the notification does not include a visitor’s name or IP address. Embedded videos and other third-party content may receive technical information when loaded.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess and deliver requested services, administer accounts and registrations, process transactions, communicate about your request or event, maintain records, and protect the site against misuse. If you subscribe to marketing, you can unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or contact us.
Providers and disclosures
Wix provides hosting and business features, including forms, accounts, events, and commerce. Payment and checkout providers process transaction information. Google/YouTube content and other embedded services may process information under their own policies. We share relevant details with personnel and service providers supporting your request, and with event or project partners when needed to deliver the service described to you. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Cookies, storage, and third-party content
Cookies and local storage support sessions, website functions, and repeat-notification controls. Embedded services may set their own cookies. Browser settings allow you to block or clear cookies; doing so may affect sign-in and other features. Third-party privacy information is available from Wix and Google. Where consent controls are available, use them to manage optional technologies. You can also contact us about privacy choices.
Retention and security
We retain information for the period needed for the purpose collected, service delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and activity involved. We use access controls and provider security features to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.
Your requests and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or object to or restrict certain uses. Contact info@wearevyro.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and will explain any applicable exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. You may contact us to request an opt-out of advertising-related sale or sharing where that right applies.
Children and youth programs
General business inquiries should be submitted by adults. For youth events, a parent or guardian should complete registration and supply only the requested participant information. Parents or guardians can contact us about participant information or a concern about a child’s use of the site. Event-specific notices and authorizations apply in addition to this policy.
International processing and updates
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Contact us with questions about the providers handling your information or the protections applicable to your request. When this policy is updated, the published page will show its effective date; any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided.
