At Vyro, we’re committed to providing a structured, respectful, and transparent environment for everyone participating in our Talent Onboarding and Internship programs. Please review these guidelines to ensure clear expectations and a seamless process: Scheduling & Attendance Confirmation: All sessions are confirmed via email 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your session. Late cancellations may affect future availability. Punctuality: Please arrive or join on time. Excessive lateness or repeated no-shows may impact your standing in the program. Documentation & Confidentiality Required Forms: Complete and submit all requested documents (e.g., resumes, references) before your scheduled session. Accurate Data: Provide up-to-date information. Misrepresentation may result in removal from the program. Privacy: We safeguard personal details according to our privacy practices. Professional Conduct Respect & Inclusion: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or misconduct. Dress & Presentation: When applicable, maintain a professional appearance for in-person or virtual sessions. Responsibilities & Expectations Talent Commitments: Fulfill any assigned tasks, deadlines, or brand-related responsibilities. Intern Duties: Adhere to agreed schedules, complete tasks thoroughly, and follow supervisor instructions. Check-Ins: We may conduct progress reviews or feedback sessions to ensure positive development. Policy Updates Amendments: Vyro may revise this policy. Notice of changes will be emailed or posted. Acknowledgment: Continuing in the program signifies agreement to the most recent policy version.
