Quality Control

Quality Control ensures every output meets Vyro standards before it reaches clients, partners, or the public, protecting credibility, reducing risk, and preserving long term trust.

1. The Standard

Quality is not subjective at Vyro. It is measured by clarity, accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with positioning.

No Errors: Spelling, names, numbers, dates, and claims must be correct. No Sloppy Tone: Client work must read corporate and controlled. No Misalignment: Work must match Vyro positioning and approved language.

2. Review Checkpoints

Important work requires review before release.

Checkpoint Question:What is the purpose of quality control: speed or protection?

3. Self Review Requirements

Before submitting work, you review it as if you are the client.

Read It Out Loud: If it sounds unclear, it is unclear.Verify Facts: Confirm names, dates, and claims.Check Alignment: Confirm the work reflects Vyro’s corporate voice.

4. Correction and Feedback Standard

Feedback is operational, not personal.
